Monolyth are a 5-piece progressive death/groove metal band from Aveiro, Portugal. Formed in 2009, they established their first lineup in December 2010, and started playing live the following year. After some gigs around their home country, they started recording for their debut record “Origin” with producer Andrés Malta around April 2012.
